Every time I come here my drink never looks like the pic! I ordered a weeks ago on the app and was running behind. I didn?t... know they don?t start making your drink until you?re there so there is no point of ordering ahead really. I ordered a pumpkinlatte and they gave me one with no whipped cream and a completely different top. There wasn?t anyone else inside but the lineoutside was long. I was so confused when I saw it I didn?t think they had gave me the right one, this was after I sat waitingfor a minute. When they handed me my drink I originally asked them what it was and that it looked different from the app, andthey all looked so confused so I told the staff I didn?t want it and that it and walked out, they didn?t offer a refund oranything and I was already behind for work?. Now that I?ve really had a chance to go back and look I realize, I was correct.They made my drink wrong? which this would be the third time that they made my drink different than pictured on the app, with adifferent top and no whipped cream, etc. A huge let down ???? Extremely quick and delicious! I went on a Sunday afternoon, and our large drinks (1 iced, 1 blended) were both done within 2 or... 3 minutes. Ordered a waffle sandwich and turkey sausage burrito, but received an everything bagel and sausage sandwich. There was no one... else in line and their order screens were blank. Not sure what their excuse for sucking could possibly be. Read more

My new cold coffee hangout! The candy bar blender with extra shot of espresso is the bomb, gotta try it if you haven't already!... The wait may be long but I think it's worth it, nice voice over the entercom was pleasant to talk to...reasonable prices. Read more
