I used the Mobile App to place an order for pick up. The food was fresh, but most of the order was missing or incorrect. Ordered... 3 sets of 2 apple pies, received a total of 3 pies. Ordered Deluxe Quarter Pound with cheese with extra onions. The grill slipand receipt show it as that, but the sandwich in the box was a Deluxe Chicken sandwich. I called the number on the ticket andleft a message for a call back as it instructs. 24 hours later, no call back. Called the number for the store directly. Linerings, answers, and immediately hangs up. 5 stars for Hot, Fresh food -1 star for missing half the pies -1 star for chickeninstead of beef -2 stars for not providing a workable method to communicate with the restaurant. "Cooked to order" doesn't mean throw old food in a hot fryer and call it a day. It's already garbage food but you don't have to... make it worse on purpose. ???? The new robot food ordering is the best thing that's ever happened to this or any McDonald'slocation. I actually sometimes get the correct order and it doesn't argue with me when I ask for my food fresh. Read more

I am giving this review specifically for Tony who was at the window taking money on Sunday November the 6th. He was very nice... and very professional as I was frustrated with the way you're automated lady takes orders. He was the first one to ever explainto me that I can tell her to start all over if my order was incorrect. It made a great difference. And as stated he had a smileon his face and was very pleasant.
