My fries were a little.... un-fresh. At 1130 am I'd think they'd have been hot and steamy!

I would have given 0 starts if google maps permitted. I have been here two times and its the same. They will make you wait in... the line for a lot of time. And then the sandwiches are all burnt. And specially they dont respect the customers. I asked forketchup and held my bag so that she can put it in it but it was thrown off and half of them fell on ground. I am tired of getting lattes filled 2/3rds full from this location. I said something to the drive thru worker this morning and... he said the machine does it. Take some ownership for Pete's sake!!! We pay handsomely for the drinks. Also quit charging $9 fora breakfast value meal. I can go sit down at a restaurant and get a way better breakfast for this amount Read more
Against my better judgment we decided to go through the drive-thru. Apparently they've turned that operation over to some type... of artificial intelligence. It would have probably worked okay except the speaker system was so muffled that you couldn't hearit. We wound up placing the order at the pay window. That got confused so we wound up having to go in and get it allstraightened out. Read more
Went through today and got kids meals, apparently they are out of apple slices so they decided to replace them with diced apples... they normally put on oatmeal. But they didn?t ask or tell us they did this and the apples they gave us are expired and slimy. Itried to call but it just rings off the hook followed by a loud fax-type sound. Read more
I have worked for McDonald's for many years in the past I have never in my life seen a burger prepared for a customer and look... this bad not only did they give me dry over processed meat that have been sitting in the staging Ben longer than the requiredtime they prepare and fix the burger totally wrong I had one pickle as you see no onions hardly at all and the cheese wastotally wrong that including old meat! what has happened to the quality that you got from McDonald's that has been so awesomeover the years it has degraded and I'm saddened by this Read more
Very good service on a rainy night. I noticed they have the robot on the speaker for ordering. It figured out our order fine.
