I received my mobile order in a timely manner and service was friendly and as expected. The fountain area was a bit messy with... trash and spills. The parking lot is rather difficult to get out of due to the store being near the interstate. Read more
Possibly the best McDonald's that I have had in a long time. I got a Crispy Chicken Deluxe Meal and the chicken barely fit in... the box (no complaint). My order was fast, fresh, correct and the employees were friendly. I couldn't have asked for anythingelse. Read more
I know it's McDonald's but the food was lame. There mcnuggets are awful, dry, tasteless and even with sauce they lacked any... flavor. The staff at these places are agrevating too. At least say thank you or have a good day. My $20 worth of food may notseem like much but I worked hard for it and I'd appreciate a simple "thanks for choosing McDonald's " every once in a while. This particular location continues to be a bastion of poor experiences. We go there because they can routinely bang out happy... meals correctly, but they screw up anything that isn't a happy meal about 75% of the time. Great as a quick albeit notparticularly healthy meal for kids, but your order is going to include at least 1 screwed up item 3 out of 4 times if you orderanything else on the menu. Read more
Food was hot and freshly made. Service was fast. Would have gotten 5 stars except that they go super light on the condiments.... Would have liked to have the standard amount of mustard, ketchup, and pickles on my burger. The super cheap McChicken sandwichwas made better than the burger. Read more
I never leave negative reviews, but this was disgusting. Taking a bite of a quarter pounder and there was left a left over wax... patty wrapper melted onto the cheese and burger. When I called their first solution was to make a new sandwich. Absolutely not,I'm disgusted the last thing I want is a new sandwich. Manager was condescending when I addressed it with her, she didn't care.No empathy no apology, just "well we can make another sandwich". I understand mistakes happen, but the way this was handled wasunacceptable. It shows how poorly trained the staff and management is. Try to avoid this location. Terrible service. Took 4 tries to get my mobile order correct and then had cold food and soggy fries. Paid $1 for extra cheese... and received a 1/2 slice of cheese and was told that?s all it comes with. Will not be back to this location. Read more
