Very rude staff. We did a mobile app and they told us to go to the first window, not sure why as we had already paid via the... app. The manager looking man ignored us for 5 minutes, with our looking up. Once he finally did, he just waved us forward. The food was cold, the cheese wasn?t melted, and the bun was stale. And I swear the 1/4 pounder meat patty was smaller thanusual, more like a regular patty. Very disappointing considering we frequent other locations. Read more
McDonalds as a company seems to be going downhill and gaining momentum. This specific location is pretty fast service but your... order will more than likely not be correct. It could be as little as getting a Diet Coke instead of regular or get the completewrong order all together. Read more

I'm going to try my best to never step foot in this place again, if I even can. They constantly close the lobby with no sign. So... you get out of your car and the only way to tell if the lobby is open is to see if the door is unlocked. In other words, PUT OUTA SIGN, IT'S NOT HARD! Not to mention WHEN you can use the lobby, it's a disaster. Junk everywhere, soda fountains are adisaster, trash cans never get emptied and the restrooms never get cleaned. Absolutely disgusting. I rolled up around midnight tonight and was greeted by the most upbeat and friendly voice at the speaker. The man who took my... order and payment had such a positive attitude and it was really refreshing to have such a great interaction so late at night.Usually around this time I am greeted by people who are tired, bored, or in general just don?t want to put the effort in. Thisguy deserves a raise for his dedication. In addition to the positive employee interaction, my food was fresh and the tea wasperfectly sweet. Just went through and used the machine to order. It was $14 for my order. Didn't get a receipt. So went and asked at the... counter and they printed me one that was not mine for $8 by some Mexican manager who said he don't know and just basicallydidn't want to help me anymore and for me to leave. I need that receipt for my work to pay for it. We'll I suggest if you wantfood service go somewhere else. I'll never come back here again. And to you Mr. MRG.
