It is all about their signature bread????which is so delicious. There is lots of tuna with just simple dressing which I love.... Top the sandwich with the Jimmy John?s Kicking Ranch Sauce and this for me is the best tasting tuna sandwich so far. Service isvery fast and staff is very friendly. **UPDATE** They made it right with a lil gift card! Appreciate that. Upgrading to 3 stars. 1 month ago, online order, ordered a... meal with a drink. Meal arrived, no drink. Called em, manager said they would give a free drink on my next order, just call usnext time (i was cool with that, mistakes happen). Today called em, asked if I could just do free chips instead, said "sure, noproblem". Sandwich arrived 52 minutes later (yeah, i looked at the time). They charged my for the chips. Tried to call to set itright, no response. Tried to call 10 min later, still no response. I know it's not a lot of money, but come on guys, this is acircus. Read more
First time I went though, I had great service, good sandwich, and an easy 5 star. Second time has some problems. There is a... "make you're own sandwich" section where you can choose options from the menu. When I told the person I was going to go withthat and then began listing my topings, they interrupted to tell me that I was ordering a number 4. We went back and forth for awhile, them insisting it was a number four, and me insisting they listen as I list the ingredients. Eventually, I told them "Idon't care how you enter it, I just want these specific things on the sandwich". I listed my ingredients and they read back asuper convoluted setup of a different number. I said okay and we paid and left. When I got home, I discovered ingredients onthere that I never said a word about. Other sandwhich for my friend (a number 9) was fine. I wont be going back. Now experiencing my second delivery order that is not "freaky fast." First time this happened about a month ago, my order took... over an hour from start to finish. Now sitting here 30 minutes after the store accepted my order with no change in the status onthe app. This location is definitely not speedy whatsoever. Read more
