Last night after a long drive my daughters and i came to this ihop . The manager did greet us and asked us to wait 10min to be... seated. The dining room had buckets catching water drops as it was raining outside. I braced my self and warned the kids becauseI only saw (one.1 ) hostess working the tables. We got seated sooner then 10min. And I was just blown away with the awesomeservice she Single handedly provided to every tables, not sure how they found this absolute GEM! Got curbside. It was 20 minutes late, had to go inside and pick it up after waiting an insanely long time for the food. I just... happened to see that IHOP was close, so I ordered the curbside take out from a neighboring shops parking lot. That brought thetotal wait from order to going inside myself, even though I tipped in advance, to over 45 minutes. Order was a sirloin tip andpancake breakfast. The tips were overdone, very fatty, pretty much a waste. They had no flavor, just a chewy, fatty repulsivemess. The pancakes were definitely not the IHOP standard. They were crispy and tough. Im sure all that time it sat inside whilewe patiently waited outside after checking in at curbside, with a prepaid order and generous tip, didn't help the texture andtemperature of the food, but there really was no redemption for anything in the containers. Even the potatoes were stringy,tough, cold and weird. It was all bad. I really don't see any reason to go back and try again. I really don't like to leave badreviews. Everyone has off days, but we genuinely couldn't find any redeeming qualities about any part of this experience. Staffwasn't even nice or friendly. It's like being there was an annoying inconvenience to the staff. I hope that inside had betterservice and quality. I always loved other IHOP restaurants. This was really a disappointment. Read more
Get here and have to wait a minute before anyone even seen me and there was a lobby full of people just standing. Lady comes up... and says it?s gonna be another min, so unprofessional. I understand being short staff and not having enough cooks and etc. Butevery customer needs to be address instead of waiting 20 mins to find anything out. I took my grandson and great grandson there today 7 31 2022. It was terrible. I ordered a chicken patty dinner and the crispy... chicken patties were burnt. The kitchen response was... that's the way they are all the time. Not!!!! Staff was making commentsin Spanish....I speak Spanish! Not happy about comments. Sad because in the past food has been good. My husband and I went to this location last night after a movie to have dinner. There were 3 tables in the dining room, a 3 top... who was already eating, a 4 top waiting for their food and one single guest that was being waited on when we walked in. We stoodat the door for over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged before a gentleman came over and told us the dining room wasclosed because they were short staffed. I understand the staffing issue. I work in a restaurant myself but it should have beenposted on the door. It would have been more acceptable had the restaurant been busy but 3 tables? Read more

Nice clean place, Good service, Friendly and helpful waiter And very good food. Place was clean so were the bathrooms. Prices... were a little bit on the higher side but not outrageous. Some were wearing a mask some were not. Read more
I have been really disappointed in IHOP the last couple of years but this location was a pleasant surprise. The wait staff was... highly attentive and the food was made really well.
