7:40pm Thursday September 29, 2022 I just went through the drive through to order a coffee and some munchkins for my dog, got... the coffee, no dice on any sort of baked goods for puppy. When I ordered the munchkins the lady replied with, ?no more munchkinsthis evening? so I ordered a cake doughnut, they were out of cake doughnuts also. So I asked if they had ANY doughnuts at all,and what do you know? No doughnuts. None. At Dunkin? Dounuts. I?ve had similar things like this happen here in the past butnever felt the need to write a review, however this floored me. Their hours have been really inconsistent, too. I know, covid. I work just a couple blocks from this shop, I stop here often. But dang, went do we have to ask for napkins when your getting... donuts and a coffee?? EVERYTIME! I don't ask just to see if the window person is smart enough to drop a couple in. Otherwisemy drinks are always perfect and they are friendly. I just feel that we shouldn't have to ask for napkins!!! 9/7/22 edit. Again I try to give them a chance. No napkins. You have to ask but my latte only filled half the cup!!! Edit: It took time but they got back to me and resolved this. Coffee received today was great. Hit or miss here on quality. I... went in earlier in the week and waited about 10 minutes for the person in front to get their order taken. I was promptly greetedand the lady in front got her drinks. I received the doughnut purchased but was told my coffee will need a minute and to pull tothe front... this didn't make sense for a coffee place but I pulled to the front and waited around another 10 minutes and left.Emailed corporate about a refund on my coffee and has not been resolved for 3 days still. Ok hear me out, I love Dunkin? Donuts and everyone including myself does in fact run on Dunkin?. I hate leaving negative... reviews. The first time this happened I was like ok it?s early stuff happens. But this same thing has happened 3 visits in arow. I keep ordering the pimento grilled cheese (that ish is fire) but they keep toasting it on only one side?? Lmao it?s likeover toasted on one side and not toasted on the other at all and almost cold. I've had dunkin' in Peoria Illinois almost daily for a long time, came to visit family in KC and this dunkin' has got to have... the worse service I've seen so far. Just absolutely careless, even if overworked (and i understand that is a serious issue) I'mwriting this review for the betterment of the situation not for the termination of the employees. These donuts were terribly andunevenly glazed, thrown in upside down and (this one is an issue across all dunkin) whenever I order old fashioned donuts theyalways put in plain, I don't want a plain donut I want an old fashioned, if that's not available perhaps tell me so or don'tmake it an option. Don't just replace it with a donut I don't like. Always love the donuts. Avocado toast is good too. They are not in a hurry to do anything. I thought it would be faster to go... inside because the line was so long outside. I was mistaken. The girl running the register was incredibly slow. I took the boxfrom her and closed it myself. Walked over the next register and waited and waited and waited and then they printed out theticket.
