The doughnuts were fine. I was just extremely unimpressed with the staff. The young man behind the counter was poorly groomed,... he did not welcome us in or ask to assist us. When he did speak, he spoke at very low and almost inaudible volume. I watched theguy do the same thing to two other men who walked in the store. Honestly, this young man needs fired. He is doing the store nofavors by his appearance or his work ethic. Good management will fix this promptly and not settle for poor workers. Read more
Food and drink quality dropping a lot at this location. So is the service. They substitute my decaf coffee with regular without... noticing me, and unfortunately my body cannot take that much caffeine (that's the reason for me to order a decaf). And the icecoffee and cold brew I ordered for my friends were not good (really light color and tasted like water). I no longer go to thislocation anymore. Read more

Drove all the way out here on a Saturday at 1:33 to find out the only donuts they had were maple frosted. Guess someone forgot... to wake up and make donuts. Will not be visiting this location again as you don't know if they'll actually have DONUTS! Read more
This Dunkin is so bad. How hard is it to remember to put cream and sugar in coffees? Seriously, after the second screw up I just... took my black coffee and left. AND....I ordered a box of 50 mixed munchkins...mixed. 40 glazed, five chocolate and five cornwhatever is technically mixed but I had higher expectations. AND... the avocado toast was half of what I have received at otherDunkins and didn't have the tomato slice. AND... to top it off the manager lady was rude. Probably done with this one... Read more
First, they were getting a delivery truck when I arrived at about 8:45 AM. If you've never worked in the restaurant industry you... never want to get a truck at your busiest time of day. It was blocking half the parking lot, as in this location the parking lotis already small. Second, I was there to get a small treat for my daughter and myself. We got munchkins and they were stale. Allof them. Tasted at least a day old if not longer. Sad sad sad. When a 6 year old says these donuts are not very good... :( Read more
Quality is dropping fast at this location. No curbside when selecting curbside, sprinkles are barely present on the donuts and... icing is scarce. Your donuts are priced as if they are quality price and service, but you have consistently provided belowaverage products and poor service. Wish there was a good donut shop near this location.
