They don?t listen to what you order. You order no ice? You?re getting ice. You order onion rings? You get fries. You order a... double stacker with stacker sauce? You get a basic double cheeseburger. I?m all for wearing AirPods and listening to music orpodcasts at work. Sure. But if it?s causing you to mess up basic orders? maybe it?s time to put them back in the case. Read more
Probably the worst experience I?ve had in a while at fast food. They asked for my order when they weren?t ready. Had to repeat... myself 10 times. Got to the window and they had the wrong order. It was $25 for a number 1 and kids meal. The lid on my sodawasn?t fully on so of course if spilled. And they couldn?t be bothered to hand me a straw. Fries were cold and whopper wasn?tedible. Food was fresh...deeelish! Service fast & friendly...AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES WORE A MASK....fantastic !!!!! That is very much... appreciated as we still have Covid lurking around. I have frequented this particular Burger King on my way to Kansas City. Every time I use the drive-thru, there has been no... waiting in line, and yet the fries are ALWAYS cold and taste old. For 2 adults and 2 kids, cost nearly $50.00! That's 2 adultmeals and 2 kids meals. I'm never going there again. Read more
Awful. Food poisoning at this location atleast 3 times. They are so understaffed that I've seen a different employee there each... time I've went. This means that the food is always old or left out because the staff doesn't have time to make it fresh. They'veonly had one window running for more than a year. They also don't honor chain-wide promotions or deals, and they charge youhigher prices than the exact same item at other locations. They try to hide this by never giving a receipt either. Sometimesthey don't even have the official Burger King packaging, I've got food in a brown paper bag or a sandwich wrapped in plain waxpaper on two occassions. Read more
Quick and clean service, always had good fresh food from this location. Employees inside always in a good professional and... caring mood and ready to serve their client. Something special about Coca-Cola from Burger King. Eric the gentleman that served me was a great human being! Very honest and... had a smile. He looks out for his customers which I don?t see much anymore. To BK: $3.19 for a Large is absolutely ridiculous,you should be ashamed with charging $3.19 and only giving me half soda because the other half is ice. McDonalds has beencharging $1+ tax for years and when asked for light ice - McDonalds does what their customers ask. It?s just Bk that does this. Read more
