Not busy but still made to wait for somebody to take my order and when he finally did he was very rude will not be going to this... location again. Here's the thing if you don't want customers to be rude to you than don't be rude to them and don't make themwait to take their order especially when it's not even busy ridic. Read more
8/28/2022 Last time I did a review the owner just said, thanks for your review. Hmmmm.....lets see if this one gets some... attention. First off the assistant manager in this case was stellar and he deserves a pat on the back a raise or whatever yousee fit. I went to Arby's and wanted to try the gyro for the first time so I ordered the turkey gyro. The only reason I calledthat I saw there was a big piece of plastic in my food was because I was taking the Tomato off. When I took my meal back to thestore and the assistant manager brought it to the attention of the cook she replies "I bet that was delicious". No heffa itwasn't delicious and nothing that you're saying is funny because what if I had eaten it and choked. You all have someinsensitive people working. I don't know if she made the gyro but she needs to be put on maintenance until she gets her acttogether. Read more
This location was good. The staff was friendly. Gave a four because of Sounya, she was nice. There was barely any meat and... cheese on the beef n cheddar. It?s not the workers fault. Would stop again. Read more
Can't go wrong with the standard roast beef sandwich. It's the same quality wherever you find Arby's. My wife loves the Market... Fresh Turkey and Swiss sandwich. Today we were greated by a very nice person who took our order and our meal was ready in about2 minutes. Quick!! Read more
Adding 1 star because the service was fantastic as far as personality. The lady was very nice and professional. Now about this... food... Everything tasted old, like it was preserved in week-old used cooking oil, until it was served. I've learned my lesson.Won't be back. At least the peeps were nice! Read more
I like how Arby's sends out coupons. The prices do seem high, but with the coupons it quite reasonable. The drive thru went by... quick and the service was great. I like how Arby's is always trying out new things and making their menu better. The additionof crinkle cut fries was a great option. Read more
