Staff are great and are doing the best they can with what they have. However, whoever is in charge of making sure things get... fixed is behind the ball. Hall the stalls don't work and their headsets were out. Read more

(Reply to Owner's response: It is rather sad that your reply asks me if I want to escalate this rather than just doing it... yourself.) Not answering call buttons from stalls, not acknowledging cars at drive thru (two cars ahead of me just gave up anddrove away), and I had to sound my horn to get someone to come to the drive thru window. Ordered on the app for a scheduled pickup time and it still took me 25 minutes because of everything above. Last time I use the app (that has had a different problemevery time I've used it) and last time I visit this Sonic. Read more

Even though under staffed, we we're treated with some of the best serivce we could have asked for. The staff were very friendly... and courteous. Although they were under pressure to get orders out, they didn't show! Very professional! We will definitelyvisit this restaurant again! Oh yes, and the food was good too!???? Read more

I?m dedicating my life to getting this location closed down! Omg please do not order from here. They are purposely tampering... with peoples food! The workers are SICK! Lazy mid-30 year old bums who sit and play over peoples food. The girl has an uglyattitude to match her face! And got mad because I did a mobile order and told me I couldn?t do that at this location! They getmad when you mobile order because they can?t control the pace like they want because messes up their stalling to take peoplesorders. This is why the wait times are so long because they stall on purpose. I get your lives are pitiful but don?t play overpeoples food! I?ve have 5 terrible experiences with them and this was EVERY SINGLE TIME, I mean E V E R Y TIME! I?m writing areview everyday! They playing with y?all food! With no gloves on, smoking everything! So its been over a year, i had given up on going to this Sonic on Page...a gave the location a 2...honestly that was too high,... hands down the worst Sonic I've ever been too...however that wasn't always the case...I work right down the road from them....soI've been there alot...anyway I just want to say it looks like this sonic is taking a U-Turn in the right direction....serviceis quick and the people are nice ....please keep up the great work, I really enjoy Sonics food...the only reason for the 4 isthe burger was alittle sloppy...with service that quick...you can slow down just a bit and make the burger nice....anyway greatJOB!!! I placed an order for a milkshake and some tots online. When I got there they told me the shake machine was down. They also told... me they couldn?t issue me a refund. I had to call support and they issued me a refund but it takes 5 to 7 days to get my money.I also drove about 20 miles round-trip to go to this location and asked to be compensated as gas is extremely expensive. Theyrefused to compensate me for the inconvenience. I?ve had so many issues with SONIC I don?t know how this company stays inbusiness? Read more

I got in line at 7:35 and they were moving slow. So by time I got to order they told me they close at 8 and it was 8:11. I... informed the lady I just wanted a bag of ice and she refused to serve me. I also told her that I had been in the line since7:35. Read more

Do I even have to give 1 star? This was honestly the worst customer service I?ve ever received. We went through the drive... through and ordered two route 44s, the new garlic bacon cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks, and cheese curds. The drinks were puresyrup, there were NO toppings on the garlic burger, including the bacon (there was literally only cheese and meat), and ourcheese sticks were completely hallowed out. Every. Single. One of them. We went back through the drive through upon discoveringthis and Tonisha refused to do anything except switch our drinks (after arguing with us and telling us we ordered our drinksthat way and we should just ?stir? them. As if we hadn?t already tried that). So we ended up having a burger with no toppings,including the bacon which is in the name, mozzarella sticks with no cheese in them, and the worst customer experience I haveever received. Never have I ever had someone tell me that I ?ordered something that way?. If I was the owner I would be plumashamed, and wouldn?t hesitate to hire new staff. Because it is obviously needed. We did contact corporate after the mainlocation didn?t answer, to which we were told that that location should have corrected the order, even though the didn?t, andthe most they could offer us were coupons.
