There's 3 subways in my town and in my experience I love the one out on Northgate but that's not going to change my opinion on... any experience or service I receive. This subway is extremely conveniently located! Place is always very very clean especiallythe restrooms! I've never had a bad experience here except for when they didn't have any white bread way way back. Definitelylove subway, the price is fair for what you receive, especially when you can ask for double meat or extra meat, and they don'tcharge you if you want extra extra veggies or of a sauce. I especially love their soups! The cheddar broccoli soup is to diefor, I wish they had it all year round. Read more
Besides the fact that one of the night sandwich artist were a little rude not only to me but another man who came in to pick up... a to go order and he ended up walking out I'm pretty sure he wax cussing under his breath because she yelled at him instead ofjust asking him if she could retake the order in the store because there was a misunderstanding receiving a telephone order. Idid sit in the lobby for about 35 minutes after making an order for a girlfriend and getting myself a cherry coke. They did nottell me it was free cookie night but before my date and I left I made sure to mention it to the lady who gave me one to go. Idon't know and my date has not let me know how the sandwich was yet but if it's like I usually get at this subway I'd say it'sgood enough food always. Read more
This subway is better than the one in Bloomfield! I'd give it a five if it wasn't for the bacon being to greasy. Other than that... it's way better than Bloomfield's. It cleaner, the food tastes better, since it's more fresh, and they were faster at serving meand my husband food. It took them in ottumwa to make our sandwiches about 15 mins, while we had to wait 30mins to 1hr beforegetting the same sandwiches in Bloomfield!! Bloomfield's is dirty, the food is not fresh, they are deliberately slow, and verydisrespectful. U don't tell a female wearing a swimsuit top to put a shirt over it or they will not service u! I've gone intoother cafes and stores and never once was I ever told to put on a shirt over my swimsuit top or they wouldn't serve me ever inmy life!!! This is the first time I've ever been told that!!!. My husband and I were going to the one in Bloomfield cuz it wascloser to home but after being disrespected yesterday, we will not be going back to the one in Bloomfield. Read more
Showed up at 09:15 when they don't close until 10 and the two people working had bad attitudes and said they wouldn't serve us... because they were closing up. I ordered online with a great response time. The problem was they made both sandwiches with the same toppings when the two were... completely different. Update: Things are pretty good. The seem to have it together. Multiple orders with different sandwichesand prompt service. Good job ???? Read more
Subway in general is no longer chopping salads which is a disappointment. 3 out of 4 of our meals today we incorrect. Ordered... through the mobile app which normally we don't have any problems. Won't be back unless ordering in person so I can make sureeverything is correct. Read more
Horrible service. Had to ask 3 times for more than 1 sliver of lettuce. Then both employees Ashley and Amber went outside... together to smoke and left the store and I went out 5 min later to tell them someone was at the counter and needed help. Neitherof them were friendly and it was very apparent they hated their jobs. Read more
