Came in at 9:15 when the website says that they close at 10:00 and was refused service. I even called ahead of time and asked... what time they were closing and they said 9:30. This is not the only bad experience I have had. They often forget to includeeverything that comes in their meals, such as salads/soups and noodles. I do not believe that their waitresses are very friendlyas I have been afraid to ask for something as simple as Yum Yum sauce. What kind of reputation are they trying to make forthemselves? Clearly, not a good one. Also got food poisoning. Bye. Read more

Great food! Except the stuff we didn't get, service was bad, awkward when waitress is yelling something at waiter WHILE taking... your order, if you spill all over the table while refilling my water you should wipe it up! Read more
Didn't know there was a sushi joint in Ottumwa, but am glad we found it because there's no need to drive all the way to Des... Moines for great sushi! Clean, quiet, prompt service, and crazy-good food. Ate waaaay too much, but have no regrets! Will beback soon! Read more
This place is absolutely amazing. I dont like sushi but my boyfriend does. I love that I can get Hibachi and he can also get... what he likes. Plus they have a kid friendly hibachi menu. This place is a must try with amazing food and atmosphere. Read more
Food was amazing! We had a cowboy sushi roll and the steak and shrimp hibachi- both were fantastic. Plus we were given gift... cards to come back. Excellent service as well for a large party. Read more
Great place. Friendly service. No wait. Clean . Lots of choices on the menu. We had an appetizer called Nurato. Husband had... King Crab Avacado Roll. I had Mizu roll and onion mushroom soup. It was all delicious. Minus a couple points for the heavytempura batter but otherwise everything was top notch. Read more
