I was very disappointed. The service sucked our waitress needs to go work for taco bell and work the drive thru so she doesn't... have to do more then take an order and hand out a bag of food. She kept coming to our table telling us she'd be right back torefill our empty drinks and forgetting we were there. The food wasn't good at all. Our chicken strips were cold and tasted likethey were recooked, my hamburger wasn't done how I ordered, and my son's nacho's were soggy and the meat looked like yesterday'staco bell scraps. There probably won't be a next time because KFC, Burger King, and Arby's is just on the other side of theroad. $85.00 mistake! but on a positive note the place was clean and comfortable. Read more
Very good food. At a great price.
We stopped in for dinner. We waited 10 minutes to be told there is a 10 to 15 minute wait. 30 minutes later we were told it's... going to be another 20 minute wait. Over half the tables were unoccupied and less than half of those unoccupied tables wereclean. I don't know what they're facing as far as staffing issues, but it sounded like the kitchen was behind on some take outorders? I know of the 15 some odd groups that came in and then left because of that wait time... that is the number one reasonwhy wait staff leave for more stable employment. At least $150 in tips walked out the door. We went to another restaurant andtipped 40%, and then missed our movie. We feel so sorry for the staff at Applebee's and what they lost for potential customers,but are even more disappointed in the lack of communication. Read more
We ate here before a concert on Friday. My cheeseburger come out red in the middle. I ordered mashed potatoes and got French... fries. I had to flag waiter down. It took 25 minutes to cook another cheeseburger. I had to take it to go. I ate it on theway to concert. An hour later, I got a bad headache, bad taste in my mouth, and terrible stomach ache. Got herevaround 630pm. We were sat right away. Our server was awesome, can't remember her name but her wing was on point.... Margaritas were sooooo good! Tortilla Chicken soup was spicy but good. (Shoulda asked for sour cream) food was Amazing!! Welwill definitely be back!! Read more
Had lunch there because my 88 year old father likes 1 of their dishes. I ordered a bourbon style chicken and shrimp w/garlic... mashed potatoes. Chicken was hard on 1 side, I'm thinking it was precooked and set aside on the grill. You can image what that'slike. Onions and mushrooms were also done a head. Super heated skillet. Throw this collection of culinary catastrophe on top andrun it out to me, the customer. I ate it because Mom & Dad were happy with their meals. Neither of them can smell or taste forthe record. Server was personable and did her job well. She is the reason for the rating from me. Overall, for the cost perperson, I feel we didn't get our monies worth and the blame falls on the kitchen and whomever is in charge of the hot food.Sister ordered a Asian style salad and said it was perfect.
