I didn't get a soda in an Uber delivery, and I called this Wendy's location to find out if the driver ever got it. After calling... Uber support I was eventually able to order another soda and get the delivery fee waived. I think somebody at Wendy's recognizedmy order for a single can of soda and sent two instead - thanks! Very bad experience, staff is so rude, they are not listening to customers and talking with each other's, waiting for 45 mintues... for small order, total wastage of time qnd money too, i recommend never go there. :( Read more

The staff is not able to give the correct order to the correct delivery guy. When my delivery guy arrived they told him that the... order has already been picked up by someone else ( who? I guess we?ll never know), they made a mistake and act like the uber guyis responsible for it then after 1 h 30 they just canceled the order like nothing happened.
