Always love coming to Wendy's after volunteering. Burgers are great, they use fresh whole ingredients (head of lettuce, whole... tomatoes, etc) and the meat tastes great. Service has always been exceptional, and any issues have always been quickly resolved. Read more
Staff are disorganized; often mess up orders then argue about missing items. Long wait times inside as theres no division... between who has ordered and who is waiting to so unless you fight for their attention they?ll assume your waiting despitestanding by the till. There a better locations out there; this is one to avoid. The customer service is simply terrible. Read more
My whole family loves Wendy's, we mostly get burgers and breaded chicken sandwiches, sometimes with chili. And if there's a... mistake the staff has always been friendly and helpful in resolving it with no issues. Read more
1.5 hour before it closed, they didn?t have any onion rings, sauces, chilis or lemonade. The only thing I asked was no cheese in... my burger. They doubled it. I had a hard time understanding the lady and she seemed totally uninterested. The drink was sosugary I couldn?t even drink it. At least the fries were ok. Read more
Ordered mobile before entering, only couple customers inside, many skip orders piled on counter. Continued to wait while at... least half a dozen customers that came in after me and ordered at cash get served before me. I only ordered burger fries bottleof water. When restaurant cleared I still had to ask where my food was. Finally well after 20 mins I get my food, it was fresh,just not sure why my mobile order was backbenched? Then while eating, continued to observe customers come in wait at the counterbeing ignored for at least 5 mins, you can see them getting frustrated seeing there were many staff behind the counter but notbusy as was 8:00 and rush was well over.
