There is one older lady who is usually on the mic for drive through. She is so kind and polite. By the time I get to the window,... I'm dealing with a different un bothered young adult who is passive and makes my experience worse. There is always discrepanciesbetween using coupons on your phone from the app. The details say an item is allowed, but they won't accept it. Some managersare nice enough to fix the situation. Worst wendys ive ever been to. 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through and i waited 18 minutes to get served. Unacceptable.... Didnt get a fork for my poutine, no straw for my drink and no napkins. Bun on my JBC was stale and had onions on it for somereason. Go somewhere else. Read more
I never go to Wendy's but this time they were offering free coffee. I order from the drive thru and leave. I had visited this location over the lunch hour and was very happy with the cleanliness of the restaurant. I was able to find a... clean table with no problem. This is something that can be difficult in a fast food restaurant over the lunch hour I was veryhappy to see that they were keeping up with making things clean. We all know the Wendy?s food so there?s no real need to discussthis but it meant my expectations and obviously love the Dave?s devil. I don't always come to this location, but whenever I do try to order in the drive thru, it's awful. I sat there for six entire... minutes and no one even took my order. I kept saying "Hellooo? Anyone there?" and heard nothing. Drove up to the window afterten more minutes of being behind two other cars and finally got the one item I wanted, and it was cold. I will say that dininginside for this location is the better option as I haven't had any problems doing that, yet. Read more
Wendy's is located at 1950 Walkley road near Conroy road. This franchise resturaunt has been at this spot for a few decades and... is well known to those who habitually visit the adjoining Tim Hortons. Wendy's food consistently meets expectations, from theirfresh 100% unfrozen Canadian beef to their fresh cut salads. I like to eat their apple pecan chicken salad and for dessert Iwill grab a donut from Tims next door. The thing that is very unique about this location is the hundreds of crows (called amurder) that flys by two times a day, once at twilight and again at sunset. Completely incompetent. Waited 20 minutes in line with a mobile order to be finally asked at the window "what is your order"... it's a drive through and even with staff shortage and stock issues 20 minutes when you pre-order is ridiculous. Late for workfor a Wendy's combo...really??? Then when she finally goes to pass it to me she holds the top of the bag and it RIPS and fallson the road... come on ...you can do better that that!!!
