There is one older lady who is usually on the mic for drive through. She is so kind and polite. By the time I get to the window,... I'm dealing with a different un bothered young adult who is passive and makes my experience worse. Worst wendys ive ever been to. 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through and i waited 18 minutes to get served. Unacceptable.... Didnt get a fork for my poutine, no straw for my drink and no napkins. Bun on my JBC was stale and had onions on it for somereason. Go somewhere else. Read more

Completely incompetent. Waited 20 minutes in line with a mobile order to be finally asked at the window "what is your order"... it's a drive through and even with staff shortage and stock issues 20 minutes when you pre-order is ridiculous.
