Extremely slow service in line despite no long lineup, out of common items such as eggs and bacon, staff simultaneously seemed... untrained and disgruntled at having to work, barely interacted, slow service at the window, and food was almost cold even thoughI was the second of only two cars in the lineup. Service is poor at best. Staff seems disinterested every time I go. As a rule our service industry in Canada is atrocious more... often than not. I'm not a fan of the states but they know how treat customers. Read more
The small dining area of this Tims is SOOOOO disgusting! ????I assume they at least wipe down the tables now and then. But the... floor is incredibly gross. ???? It?s Spring, early April, and the floor looks like it hasn?t been mopped all winter. I didn?twant to touch anything because it all looked so dirty. I bought a cream donut that had no cream. That sucks. Not sure they evenmake them on site. But the cleanliness in the dining area? what does that mean for how clean they keep things in the back?
