I had an extremely unpleasant experience today at Tim's. I went today and bought a pack of 20 ASORTED Timbits, but much to my... horror, when I opened the box, I was surprised to see a complete box of PLAIN TIMBITS, and to make matters worse, there weren'teven 20 in the box! Read more

The service at this location is expedient and the employees are very courteous. They have consistently slayed my grilled cheese... order and are always stocked on my delectable chocolate chip cookies. Keep up the phenomenal work. Merci. Read more

I mean, this is supposed to be a FAST FOOD place, right? You guys hired so many staffs and they were just talking and chatting... rather than making the food. we were all just standing here, looking at them talking to each other. Read more

I went in the afternoon for coffee and was given quick, friendly, and efficient service. After ordering I had my coffee ready to... go in 30 seconds, couldn't ask for anything better. Read more

Service at this branch is terrible. Most of the staff lazily stand around one person while one person works the cash, so expect... a very long wait, despite there being barely anyone inside. Also stops serving off its food menu before 5:00. Been in there manytimes only to have the staff saying food is closed down only to see it all laid out behind them (buns lettuce, etc). Wouldrecommend not wasting your time stopping here. Read more

This location has unethical business practices. Their business practices, as well as their pricing policies, are as inconsistent... as their coffee. Today for some reason, when i asked for a cup of water in addition to my coffee order, they wanted to chargeme 35 cents for it (meanwhile the cashier punched 1 timbit in her cash). Its 30 degrees outside and humid. Tim Hortons (thislocation and others) has never charged me for water all these years. When i asked why they wanted to charge for a cup of waterthe cashier told me "i wish i knew". This had also happened at the same location when i asked for a double cup for my blackcoffee (the cup gets very hot) and i was told it would cost 25 cents. That's fine, i can get a sleeve. But to charge for a cupof water on a hot summer day? Very very disappointed and will not be returning to this location even though i've been cominghere for a very long time. Read more

They aren't great photos but yesterday December 18th at 2pm I went into the Cumberland Tim Horton's to pick up a takeout order.... While waiting this young lady entered the store with no mask. I was shocked but even more so when she let herself behind thecounter and I realized she was an employee. She walked by where my food was being prepared and socialized with her coworkers-all the while still unmasked. She then went into the back ad was chatting with someone at the back desk. By this point I askedone of the employees to tell her to put a mask on. He told her and I replied saying she still didn't have it on. Five minuteslater when my food was ready she STILL had no mask on. Incredibly unsafe and purely disrespectful. Masks are mandatory and anemployee is doing this?? I feel unsafe and am extremely dissatisfied. Someone so careless and with so little regard for publicsafety should not have a job, let alone handle food. Read more

Sometimes, you just want to take it easy, chill and unwind on weekends. Today was the day for me, and considering this awful... pandemic situation, what other better way than treating oneself with some good old Timmy goodies and treats. ???? Thanks toSkipthedishes and that couriers for making it convenient even during such hard times. Arrived quick, all Fresh ?. Warm ????, andSmelling ???? heavenly. ???? Thank you, Tim Hortons! --Updated--2021-09-20 Finally, visited this new Cumberland location inperson. It was early in the morning, and the place was kind of swamped with fellas from the nearby homeless shelter--they wereall nice and ready with their coins. -Great Location A+ Perfect for stopping by early am before heading to uOttawa. Convenientlocation for those living on campus, or in Sandy Hill area. -Fresh Food. No Big Line-up A+ I quickly ordered a meal(a medcoffee, hash brown, sausage sandwich and Boston Cream donut). Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. -Energetic Staff earlyin the morning A+ The employees were quite energetic even at 7am. Polite and swift, hence not much of waiting. Everything wasfresh. -Clean Location A+ The place looked neat and clean both inside and out. No sitting arrangement due to COVID-19, so it'smainly for takeout. My overall rating = A+ Read more
