Amazing staff and outstanding service! Coffee is always prepared upon entering the door and the staff goes above and beyond they... job requirements. I love Tim Hortons but Friday afternoon the place was very busy so I opted for Bosster Juice as I was very thirsty. The staff... seemed nice but having a Tim Hortons in the Saint Laurent Shopping Center will always be way too busy for one to expect fastservice especially with short staffing. Read more

One of the worst Tim Hortons due to management. After placing a mobile order and waiting 20 mins to ensure it would be ready, I... arrive to be told it's being made. 5 minutes later the manager comes over to say a bagel belt cannot be ordered after 4, eventhough it's on the mobile app and her cashier didn't even know that. They will constantly find excuses for not accomplishingthe most basic of tasks and cannot be relied on for anything. Read more

I've always found it well-staffed with quick and polite employees. Today my London Fog was really good - the vanilla sweetened... "fog" is a treat. Minus one star because as usual the donut was gross. Doesn't matter what flavour, or even if it's fresh, therecipes are just disappointing.
