Nadia, the lady who took my order of 6 donuts and 20 Timbits. I paid and Nadia took off (disappeared) I was waiting for about... 5mins and her colleague asked me if I?m waiting for something. I replied ?yes, but the other lady took my order. Where did shego?? Her reply ?Oh! Nadia is gone , she?s done for today.? Basically Nadia took my order and also TOOK OFF and went home becauseshe is done her shift! - so as a customer, I had to wait until someone realized I?ve been waiting. We went to this Tims this morning, after having no power all night for a coffee. I want to commend the staff working on their... upbeat, positive attitudes. They were smiling and happy despite there being a major power outage, extremely long lines and a tonof customers. They apologized for the long wait times, which were not long at all considering all the circumstances they had toovercome. A job well done. Read more
It took over 13 minutes to get 1 coffee and 1 donut. There was easily 8 employees if not more and 3 of them helping 1 customer.
