Very bad experience, lady didn?t know how to add farmers egg Bagel BLT, she said it?s farmer wrap????, when I told her I work at... tim hortons she asked me to come to window, no customer service skills, don?t know how to deal with customers, since I work attim?s, I know the menu, food was very cold and tea latte was terrible. This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons in the entirety of Canada. This place has the nastiest staff who I am absolutely... positively sure that they have never heard of customer service, manners, etiquette or decorum. I was charged twice and they putup an argument claiming they didn't even want to refund me tho I had my online bank statement to prove it. The staff scream ateach other and at their customers, I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would advise that upper management takenotice and get some staff that are capable of conducting themselves with respect grace and decorum. Stopped at the drive through for a lemonade and donut with my daughter. Speaker is not very loud. Employee was fast. Donuts... were so bad, so stale, that my daughter and I tossed them in the trash after one bite. It was like chewing old bubble gum. Tims is not know for good donuts, and this was the worst we have ever had. Read more
Very good Boston cream donut here. Most filing I?ve ever had. Coffee is excellent however no box for our donuts and no napkins... were offered which could have led to a sticky situation. Read more
I come in at around 6, it's not busy, and the drive thru team is just chatting away. No big deal, but the person in front was... acting like it was a burden to stop and serve me my apple fritter, then rolled her eyes after I scanned my card and said itshould be free. Definitely the worst Tim Hortons in Ottawa. Speaking to the staff is challenging since a lot of them have difficulty... understanding customers and customers have a hard time understanding them. It takes a long time to get my food once I waited10min+ for a sandwich, and they often get the order wrong which is difficult to correct since once again, it's difficultcommunicating with the staff.
