Im not one to write reviews but ill never go here again.. went in the drivethru tonight and noticed that there were rats and... mice EVERYWHERE behind the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting. My dog wouldnt stop barking the entire time there were so many ofthem.. i can just imagine how many are inside the building. Beyond gross. Read more
The people that work the drive-thru are consistently rude. I've had my order made wrong on multiple occasions. Just this morning... I asked them to remake my tea because they put too many sugars in and instead of making me a new tea they dumped out 1/4 of thedrink and filled it with cream?? Read more
I go there after work at night and I?m pretty sure they do it on purpose because at night, there?s no food, and often their iced... Capp machine is ?broken? but in the morning it works fine then again at night it?s ?broken? again. They don?t usually sealtheir drinks properly and the other day it spilled all over my new car. Although it doesn?t affect me too much, they useplastic bending straws rather than their regular paper ones. Generally the place needs some work but I blame management, notthe workers. Read more
Stopped by in the late afternoon and the place was a total mess. All garbage cans overflowing, every table dirty with empty cups... and paper wrappers everywhere. Wow the management really needs to step up and staff and train them properly so this place can beusable. It?s been like this many many times I?ve visited. This location regularly mixes up orders, even when those orders are simple. It?s an easy enough fix if you notice when you are... in-store, but never order from Uber Eats because you don?t always get fairly refunded. (That?s a UE problem, but you should beable to count on actually receiving the food you ordered, so it?s still a fair criticism of this location. Read more

Don't bother to stop there. Unorganized place. Staff are not wearing masks. No hand sanitizer. Ok I got it they are COVID... disbelievers. BUT ONLY one washroom to be used and a dirty one. No toalit paper. When I asked for toalit paper, they justignored me. When asked again he just said " oh you still need them?" Read more
This place is EXTREMELY unorganized and unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and NEVER order from here through the Tim Hortons... app you will never receive the correct order and basically get robbed for your money and only get refunded in points which isuseless because you cant use them to get a whole order all over again. Not to mention I called this location to tell them howthey never give me the correct order and I was furious one of the employees was laughing at the situation in the background.These people don?t know how to do there job properly and just don?t care.
