I really feel awful leaving a negative review. Service was great and friendly, I know they are short staffed. They forgot to... turn the grill on for farmers wrap so they couldn?t make my moms food. Our steeped teas were cold, they politely gave us newones still cold. They forgot to turn the machine on in enough time to insure temp. My mom got a bagel instead with a side peanutbutter but they had no knives to spread. They also forgot my hash brown. The staff was nice, although I arrived around three o?clock and there must have been what seemed like an entire secondary school... student body huddled around the Tim?s lineup (to no fault of the restaurant of course). Also I bought two dozen donuts and thelady only gave me two boxes of ten. No hard feelings for the missing four donuts though. Read more
I ordered a box of mixed timbits and the lady gave me the gross coconut ones and the plain ones. I didn't realize till I was... long gone. I'm very upset. I don't pay 9 dollars for a box of mixed timbits to get the two worst kinds. Read more
