Worst I've seen. Floor was filthy. after waiting 5 minutes without seeing a cashier (could hear talking in the back room) I went... to the washroom. The toilet paper dispenser was missing. The last person washed their butt in the sink and it was covered infeces. They must have used their underwear to wipe because it was hanging out of the garbage can. Came out and still no cashier.I called "hello" and the cashier came from the back room with phone in hand. Read more
This is a prime example of why Starbucks will ALWAYS be superior to Tims. Asked for three iced caps with whipped cream and... drizzle and cake with a dollop of cream and no drizzle after asking 3 times at the drive through. I agree to the person who says your location is garbage. I can never get good service here. I only go there because it is... close to my job. Their ice cap is disgusting. It has mucous looking all over it. I agree with someone from another locationwhen i asked what makes their ice cap so good and slushy. It' s because they clean their machine every day. You should learnfrom them to keep your machine clean and serve people with better drinks. Horrible and disgusting. The only time i get goodservice is from a tall skinny guy. Very nice. Read more
