They have a nice selection of muffins, donuts and great coffee, but the eggs they use for the breakfast sandwiches aren't fresh... and have an artificial processed flavour. Read more

Nice staff. Clean location. Unfortunately consistently out of basic ingredients. I?ve shown up for breakfast at a normal time... and they have been out of eggs. Or hash browns. Or English muffins. It?s 9:00am. Read more

I enjoyed coming to this location. The staff was awesome on my breaks and always knew exactly what I wanted despite the... revolving door of young students as staff every time I turned around. They even said they'd save the food for me at the exacttime when I went on break. Since the new year, the change in staff is not as prepared and I find them not being attentive withmore limited products. One of the guys yesterday timidly said they had nothing for my usual combo like a hash brown or whatever.That was my last straw as I am now going to the Tim Horton's down the street on Metcalfe & Slater. Very likely won't be comingback to this location. Read more

They even said they'd save the food for me at the exacttime when I went on break. Went in to get a sesame-seed bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. Got the coffee, and apparently the guy next to me also... ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese, unbeknownst to me. I accidentally went to grab the closed bag containing the bagel,not knowing it was his. Within two seconds, I realized my error without opening the bag, and placed the bag back on the counterand apologized. Still, this was enough to trigger the guy and he asked to have the bagel replaced. He made several rudecomments, which I mostly ignored, and I went to take a seat. I suppose he was one of those people with small anatomy who thinkthey are better than others simply because they own a briefcase. What really irritated me, however, was that the woman workingbehind the counter proceeded to make rude comments about me even after I had apologized for what seemed like an insignificantand harmless error on my part. I went to sit down and start up my computer to get some work done on my laptop, which apparentlyalso bothered her, because she commented on it as well. Tim Hortons, please hire better staff because next time I will not putup with the rudeness and cynical attitude. Read more

I had to review this place. I know it's only a Tim Horton's and you shouldn't expect much but the service here was probably the... friendliest and quickest I've ever had at a Tim's. The workers actually started a conversation with me and acted like we'd beenfriends for awhile. Talk about feeling comfortable! Thanks Tims Team! Made my day. Read more
