Bought some timbits and tried to use washroom 15 to 8 pm. The washroom was locked so asked a staff who was cleaning the floor if... I need the key. The staff just said it's locked. I asked why and he said it may be just locked. He treated me like a baggerusing the washroom even he saw me holding the timbits I just bought. I'm just curious how Timhorts is training their staff. These people are very helpful to community around them. Not only do they let people pan in front of their building to survive... and get food to eat they also let them use their establishment they're also connected with things like Outreach services in thecommunity for naloxone and overdose response teams. I've used them for a long time in my old life of addiction and my new lifeof sobriety. I suggest them on a high high level. Thank you for listening since you're really honest with you SkyE???????? Food and drinks are very tasty and prices are pretty good.
I went to this location yesterday and there was a fellow inside who was very clearly struggling. The individual didn?t have any... shoes on, was very clearly under the influence, walking back and forth talking to himself loudly, but did not seem to beverbal/was not actually articulating words. The Staff at this location, including what seemed to be the Manager, were AMAZINGwith this individual. They took time to listen and try to understand what he was asking for, they were kind to him and patient.It was so lovely and kudos to them for being compassionate, lovely human beings. Read more
Oh how the quality has decreased since it got bought out. I used to get a garden veg on an everything bagel with herb n garlic... cream cheese. It's been a few years since I ate here but I went back. It took me three times to figure out that it wasn't therestaurant that ran out of ingredients it's just how it is. The only salad you get these days is shredded iceberg lettuce and atomato or two. I would like more for $4.20 geez. I think it's turned into a fast food chain rather than your local coffee shop.They're more worried about all the other menu options they offer and completely forgot its roots. Read more
Avoid if possible. I will never be back. Rationale: I usually don't really dig into a business this hard but I can't believe... how bad my experience was at this location. I ordered via the kisok and there was some sort of technical glitch where thesandwich I ordered switched to a different sandwich in the cart (similar but without meat). I checked my bag while leaving thelocation and saw my sandwich was wrong. I returned and politely asked for the sandwich I ordered and immediately the workerchecks the receipts, which had the wrong sandwich due to the glitch. I then test out the kisok in front of the worker andverified that the glitch existed. I WAS FORCED TO BUY A NEW SANDWICH. The manager was there and allowed this to happen. Whywould I want to pay another $7 and keep a sandwich that I didn't want? I could not believe it. 1) Your machine has a glitch. 2)I showed you the glitch in good faith 3) I should not have to pay for an entire new sandwich, make me pay the difference orsomething 4) I cannot believe the manager just stood there, like I understand the employee perhaps not knowing what to do inthat situation but come on..
