The service is fantastic and quick despite the constant flow of traffic. One guy in particular, Tahrim, is absolutely brilliant.... He has never gotten my order wrong and never fails to be kind. His energy is infectious and changes the whole dynamic of theplace. 5 stars for Tahrim. Read more

When it comes to Customer Service they can be RUDE, Abrasive and ABUSIVE. I didn't travel this far to take Abuse from Minimum... Wage. The older cashier served me at 8:28am. They No Longer wear Mask or Gloves. He handled my Muffin with bare hands. Threwit away. No napkins with Muffin and Butter. Asked for Double Cup but doesn't tell me I have to pay .30cents for an extra cup atthe cash. He waits until he served the coffee then said said I have to pay .30cents. I am thinking that they pocket the changeif I had paid for it. He can be loud and abrasive at times to the public. Read more

This tims inside ridue mall is so busy they only have 1cashier that's open even if they have lot's of employees inside. So the... order taker wants you to speak fast but they can't give you the right thing. So disappointing. Read more
