Friendly service but a little slow when not busy

typical Tim Hortons I mean expectation are the same all across since then has a corporation has its own standards and and... policies the franchisees must follow. What caught my eye about this week is and I got to be honest I didn't like it is the factthat they were running the restaurant like a factory with one person taking orders you grab your number you go to the end of theline and there's another person just calling out numbers and basically a chain motion. sure this way they can serve morecustomers but it also becomes more automated and less customer service and less human interaction. Tim Hortons used to be theperson that took your money was the same one that served you gave you your coffee with a forced/exhausted smile and send you onyour way. And I prefer that fake smile anyday to a machine like automated serving system. Read more
