Unbelievably slow. Slow with 1 cashier at 6! Nobody in drive through. They must be making internet orders. Don?t bother going... in, just get in line at the drive through, even if it?s packed. Read more

I went into this location this week with a mobile order. after waiting about 5min I noticed that they hadn't even started making... my order. I spoke with a server and she told me that if it doesn't show up on the screen they don't make the order. I explainedthat i had the order confirmation and receipt. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor came in and told me that theydon't honor orders made through the app if they don't appear on their screen. She then told me that it was up to me to contacttim hortons to get their app fixed. I explained that an app malfunctioning is not my responsibility and they need to contact THif their devices aren't interacting properly with the app. She told me no, that it's no her problem and that this location won'tbe honouring sales made through the app. I responded that this might not be my location any longer. This store manager thenchose to replay "good, we don't need you at our store anyways". I was appalled at the lack of customer services exhibited to apaying customer. I asked for the name of her superior and she refused to provide it, yelling for all to hear "I am the bosshere".I had a confirmation AND receipt for my order. I went to the TH next to my home this morning, their mobile ordering systemhad no issue picking up my order. I will no longer be spending any money to support this location. Read more

Well...didn't get anything as I showed up at 12:55pm and was told they have closed the sandwhich bar. Most of the doughnuts were... gone and basicly all they had were hot and cold drinks....they weren't rude but I was a little confused how they weren'tservicing sandwhiches. I thought the sandwhich bar closed at 1pm..... Read more

My service was not the best but it wasnt my experience that i want to comment on. I witnessed a customer asking for another... coffee because they felt the coffee didnt taste fresh. The employee then replaced the coffee and started complaining to theircoworker about how she always keeps her coffee fresh and that she wasted perfectly good coffee when the customer was still atthe counter. The customer then confronted the employee and they argued for over this for a minute. No matter what the opinion ofthe employee, the customer should have been treated with empathy, been offered an apology and a smile. Just some constructivecriticism. Read more
