This place could benefit from an organizational planner. They don't seem to do a good job of allocating tasks and functions... within their units and consequently there is chaos at the workstations and long lines. There is one lady there that just seemsto stand and watch everyone else work and doesn't pick up the slack as others are scrambling around. Product is good, servicecould be better. Read more
Did not get good service today. Ordered 12 grain bagel and it was finished they were offering sweet bagel with cream cheese .... Was really upset. They were telling me it will test bad and again offering the same. Or they were offering me without creamcheese, I paid extra for that though.. Read more
I don?t even know why I keep coming here. Everytime I do, my order is either wrong, or it takes forever to get it. The staff are... always unfriendly and work extremely slowly. Sometimes I see them just standing around and talking instead of working. The lines are always so long. I really feel that the express line should allow for a customer to also buy a pastry, it only take... a minute to grab it to go with a coffee. It's not like they have to make anything. Why would I wait in line for 30 minutes for adonut. The staff are generally not very friendly. Read more

i?d rather spend the extra few bucks and go to Starbucks for quality coffee and good service. you guys need to figure out a more... effective system. You had 4 people starring at the screen and 11 people inside waiting for food and drinks this morning.
