Constant garbage all over drive thru? Garbage in bushes for days and weeks? What a complete disgrace by this owner! Company... should investigate this owner lack of care to our community. Service was too poor, in detail when I went there there were two employees were not that active just attending drive through, it... took 5 minutes to place an order without any queue finally I ordered white hot chocolate with chai tea over the front counter, an guess what I got water with tea bag. Went to get gas and coffee this morning....went inside and ordered a bagel and 2 coffees....my bagel was ready before my coffee... and the manager looks at me and scolds me for looking at her strangely....don't look at me like that she says! They have a lot of awesome employees but also have a few awful ones. This is my "toasted wrap" which is actually a barely warmed... piece of crushed tortilla, it also wasn't busy so their is no excuse to rush the order. I have to work and don't have time to goback today but I'll be bringing this picture to the management there next time I am in. "EDIT" Managers don't care there anymoreand yell out you when they or their employees do something wrong and you call them on it. Had to contact head office to resolvethese issues. Read more
Stopped at this drive thru today. Attempted to get a pumpkin spice latte, afterall, it's on their menu. The lead tells me it... just be a new sign and they don't offer it. Then he proceeded to have a poor attitude when I said I would've at the window in amoment as I wanted to capture a photo for a review. Unfortunate, as this is a convenient location. I gave the two stars as thecoffee was good and hot, consistent with Tim Hortons coffee at other locations. Read more
I got my French Vanilla at 6:30 PM, it tasted like water . It?s not sweet and it doesn?t smell any vanilla. Did she train how to... make French Vanilla??? Or just add water to the last ones for me??? Please train the employee well. 3/10 My Vanilla. Read more
