I ordered an icecap when they gave it to me through the drive thru it spilt on my passenger and the car. I know the lids can be... faulty. I asked for a new one they gave me the same one with a different lid. I go inside and ask for a refund because mypassenger is covered in it and so is my car. The manager was rude about it. I gave them back the drink. All I wanted was arefund for it as it made a big mess. Not to be given attitude. Read more
This goes for most locations... But any order outside of just a coffee is either short on something or you get some alternative... you didn't ask for. Second, I'm greeted with a "how would you like to pay" and pretty sure I'm ticking them off/annoying themwhen I ask to scan my Tim's reward card. And last but not least, there's nobody behind me in the drive thru, so why does it feellike I've mistakenly pulled into an F1 pitlane and the whole transaction should take no more than 2.3s or the race is ruined? We can in and ordered cilantro lime crispy bowl and on the screen was a habenaro wrap. I told him to correct it and he said yeah... yeah I'll fix it. We get our order and it's the spicy wrap so when I get corrected someone from the back comes out and getsextremely mad with me and says no leave now. I used to go there every night around 9 20 ish, employees were nice and friendly but the new ladies work there are so rude, they... rushed you to take an order. I asked one of the employees that the service was so different and he said that they don?t havetime to chat! Wow I don?t want them to have a conversation with me. I?m always on my way to work, I need an quick service butalso friendly. Also, he said they are so busy , I told him I m the only car and he said they are busy in the store. Extremely mixed results whenever I visit this location. The employees don't seem confident and just want to rush people out the... door. Note picture they forgot to toast a breakfast sandwhich, or they did it on such a fast speed it didn't toast. This feelslike it's a management issue and not an employee issue. In the mornings they should ensure that quality is the number onepriority, not drive through times. Read more
The Tim Hortons from hell describes this place perfectly. They significantly overcharged me. It took them 20 mins to give a... wrong bagel. It took them another 15 mins to fix said mistake. I'll give it to them, they do move fast, but it's at the cost of customer service and order accuracy. I wouldn't stop there if... it wasn't on the way to my child's appointments. Have been going weekly for a good year now and I don't think they've gotten myorder right once. They also have a BAD habit of blaming customers for THEIR mistakes and not telling you that items aren'tavailable until you're at the window ready to pay. They get mad when you say that you just want it taken off instead ofaccepting whatever substitution they try to give you. Read more
