Store Visit was on the evening of Saturday Nov 26 at 7pm. Was not impressed with the cleanliness or hygiene of the store.... Service was slow at the counter as employees were more focused on the drive thru time efficiency than in store. Definitely NOTRecommending anyone to Ever visit this establishment, unless you're a mouse or a rat looking for an easy ready to go meal. Read more
Placed a mobile order for a small coffee. Store was not busy, in fact drive thru was close. Two customers in store. Waited 10... minutes, then finally asked one of the girls about it. She made the coffee. I asked if maybe the order did not go through. Shesaid (gesturing to the screen) "No, I saw it, I just didn't make it". If you just don't feel like making a small coffee. Can't complain about the product. we walked there after in the evening (8 pm) but doors were locked even though we we during... advertised opening hours. An employee tacking out the trash saw us and told us to knock, without result, he even tried. Thendecided he would go around and unlock it so we can get served. After letting us in the door was locked behind us. Othercustomers arrived and were locked out looking at us. So i innocently went to unlock the door for more customers which promptedthe employees to lock it behind them as well. Seems like the employees want to do the strict minimum which is only the drivethru even though nothing is advertised as such. Also we had our infant in a stroller but they conveniently placed a table andchairs on the sidewalk between the wheelchair ramp and the door. Good thing we weren't someone with accessibility issues.Definitely needs some management supervision. Read more
We're out of bacon so limited food selection. If you like Timmy's coffee, then you will like the coffee. Did not get any... napkins with my takeout order - minus one star for that. Read more

I met up with a girlfriend of mine on July 22nd in the evening for a casual dinner at Tim's on Hunt Club Road near the Keg and... Uplands CF Airbase. This restaurant was absolutely filthy! The place was empty at 7pm in the evening, and there wasn't a cleantable in the place. When I asked for a wet cloth to wipe off a table (because I used to be a server a restaurants years ago, andwasn't beyond wiping off my own table b/c it looked like there were short-staffed, like most businesses unfortunately thesedays.) The guy behind that counter had no problem wiping off the table, however, he would only wipe down one table at a time asneeded. Not a good cleanliness practice frankly, and is not doing this location any favours as far as a good dining experienceis concerned! The staff was polite, but were disinterested in their jobs, and I think hence the state of this restaurant. Ithink Management and the owner needs to do better, considering the reputation of Tim Hortons restaurants in Canada. Read more
A customer was treated bad at Drive Thru so he came inside requesting a manager and asked if he was being treated rudely because... he was "brown"! The Tim Horton's employee shockingly responded, "Yes, that's exactly it", and also told the customer to "stopembarrassing" himself. The customer was with his little daughter and sadly those employees were unprofessional. I felt sickenedwatching this. Sir, if you do read this: Shout out to you as a Father for not taking any nonsense and teaching your daughter tobe strong and confident! Avoiding this location. Read more
the employee seemed to refuse to acknowledge the presence of at least 10 people waiting to be serve in store as the three... employees seem to only run a drive through and not the rest of the services offered. by the end of my patience, me and at least4 others had left the store due to frustration of not have been seen by at least one employee.
