Love this location. It?s always busy, but that?s expected due to its location. The staff is always very friendly. Not sure if... she?s a manager, but there?s a woman who frequently works drive-thru (wears a hijab) who is suuuuper friendly. We always loveseeing her at the window. Keep it up! Only suggestion: somehow redesign the drive thru so that it starts closer to the backentry lane vs middle of the parking lot. I think it would really help to improve traffic flow. Read more
Service is sometimes very slow. I think it's due to staff shortage, but overall a very good location.
Donuts are alot smaller. Service is a hit or miss. Depends who's working. The other day I ordered thru drive thru. The male... server handed me my order and never said one word. So cold. I don't go as often due to lack of supply and customer service ???? Read more
Ordered coffee. It seem it doesn't matter where you go now a days. The staff does know what a double double is or a regular is.... Exceptions for regular older staff. The kids that are being hire just don't care. I'm paying for a service that I am notgetting, 98 % of the time. They don't wait for the cream or sugar to finish so you don't get what you ask for in your coffeeyou get anything but. The staff just don't listen to the orders that they are given. Extremely slow service, staff need more training, almost everytime they get my order wrong.
I get made feel bad for requesting a new bagel lightly toasted as they had burnt the first one. The manager speaks to her... employees in a foreign language leaving me to presume they are talking bad about my request. This is a real horrible place tovisit in the morning hours as they will neglect in store to reach drive thru timers. And will even rush you out of the drivethru. Finally the foam of hot drinks is not an excuse for failing to hit the fill line of a cup. Twice i had to go to thislocation to have 1/5th of my cup empty. When you think of the Name Tim Hortons, you think of a Canadian Donut shop that serves coffee around the clock. This place is a... disgrace to the Tim Hortons name. I Was there on a Saturday evening at 6:15pm looking to Purchase a dozen of donuts. No donutson the display counter or at the back. Cashier stated that the girl that makes the donuts left at 6pm... Seriously?!.. you areright down the road from a Police Station and you don't have the main products that our boys and gals in blue require to keepthemselves energized and full of joy through their Night Shift, on hand!!.. with that said, you do have an abondances of TimHortons overpriced Christmas trinkets in the lobby display available at all time.
