What can I say about this place, we went to go see the Raptors game, and it was perfectly fine. The bartender was very... knowledgable about the drinks he made, and the beer they serve . I would definitely recommend this place for anyone. Looking toenjoy the game in a good atmosphere. Read more

I really like the look of the bar but I don't think I'll come back. The food was so/so but the drink prices & sizes were... ridiculous. The beer pour was also short of a full glass, I wouldn't normally care but if you charge that much for a beer itbetter be full. Read more

The overall atmosphere was good, had the vibe of a rustic-style sports bar with a very large drink menu to make for a good night... out. Service was great as well. However, the food was underwhelming in my opinion. My partner and I had two different burgers,and they were okay at most. Not only that, but I feel as though the food menu itself was very limited. Food and atmosphere was great. But not a 4/5 stars because the ?All you can eat wings? was a ripoff. They only serve 5 wings at... a time and by the time your server is back to ask if you want more, it?s been 10 mins. For true all you can eat wings it?sshould be served in bigger portions. Read more

Stopped in for brunch, lackluster. Nothing special, there were 5 items on the menu and it didn't include bacon and eggs. 3$... mimosas were a nice touch but even this could not add any flavor to the obvious boxed frozen brunch they were serving up. While The Senate had its soft opening in late November, it was only recent that I found myself inside for a visit and for... lunch. Admittedly, it continues to feel strange dining in, but on this Monday afternoon it was quiet. That said, I see a home/ place for this type of place in the neighborhood. Having lived in the area for over 20 years, I have seen quite thetransformation and a sports themed pub does fill a certain void. I can see myself enjoying football and hockey here and whenit?s safe to do so, can see a group of us enjoying this place. The food is your standard sports bar fare. The burger and frieswere enjoyable. The draft beer options plentiful, as is the cocktail menu. The service was engaging and personable. I?ll beback. Hopefully in time for the Super Bowl!
