Just had fried rice, 2 pad thai for a quick family lunch. The food were great compared to our favorite thai express in Toronto.... Son likes the fried rice! The staff did their job well done and meet all of my requests. I was hesitant initially due to those 1star reviews but also suspicious from those 1 star reviews account which most of them have only 1 review. It seems like thisplace got spammed by other competitors or due to racial profiling. To those complaining for chicken tastes like rubbers shouldgo to The Keg than fast food franchise. Absolute worste food and customer service ive literly had in my entire life. They didnt cook the chicken that was rubber and... when i asked for my money back they forced me to deal with the police. I would never eat here and they dont desrve to be inbusiness the way they treat paying customers. The rudest people i have ever dealt with and just basicly took my money to tellme GTFO. This is a disappointment. I ordered the general green curry with fried chicken and I got boiled chicken. What a disappointment.... Not only that but they rushed me in ordering. I was sitting and eating and they literally closed the lights and locked the doorson me. They yelled at us to leave and kept yelling at me when I tried throwing my garbage away. I am in disbelief. My husband and I had dinner there yesterday. Last time we?ve had Thai Express was about 3-4 years ago and we had good memories.... This place, unfortunately, was highy disappointing. I had a Paneang Curry with chicken and the chicken had a very weird texturewhich I didn?t like at all. I tried to eat around the chicken but still didn?t finish my dish.
