Fast moving due to proximity to campus. Vegetables and meat are terrible quality in comparison to other locations (stems on... tomato slices, frozen and thawed cucumbers, meat slices torn in pieces) and subs are thrown together messily and quickly so theycan get rid of the line (staff are pretty quick). Def one of the better, if not best subway i?ve come across in Ottawa
False advertising, bait and switch ad which attracted me to the shop should be prosecuted. Cashier claimed the giant sign... outside has not been a valid promotion for over ten days... Never going back -- plenty of honest restaurants in the area. Read more

Pretty bad customer service to say the least. Constantly put very little food in the sandwich, didn't listen to what I wanted in... my food, tried toasting my food when I never said anything about toasting, the paper wrap had disgusting brown paint marks allover it, his indian accent made him difficult to understand (which is fine if he was cooperative, but he wasn't).
