Very rude manager who always rush employees and is stressful. As the result food look like trash and the place is dirty
The first lady was very rushing, not polite and didn't give me what what I asked. She was quite rude and rushed me to order.

Last saturday i went to the subway restaurant after shoping I must say.. that this restaurant is one of my favorits yet.. the... service of that day i will reamber. There was quite a few peoples, trough they forgot to warm the stake in my friends order. Weaskted to warm it up a little waiting in line and add pickles and they refused. Saturday September 12 Rideau center Asked if they would honor my coupon on the Sub of the day. Buy 6inch and get the another... free. $4.49. Girl showed coupon to other staff member and got green light. At the cash the cost was $7 and change. I questionedthe price because $4.49 plus tax is $5.07. Young man named Noah came from the back and said that in his system the actual pricewas $4.29 and with tax around $4.75. I said that's great. He continued on to say the coupon wasn't applicable and if I wantedthe Sub I'd have to pay the $7 plus. I told him that I was told at the beginning yea and given the green light for the Sub andhe said too bad. I said that I didn't want it at that price. He picked it up and said "that's on you" and tossed it into thegarbage and returned to the back. I said to the now rude counter help that I wanted his name and the name of the person that heanswers to. I was told security had been called. After 15 minutes he gave me a paper with an email address that wasunreadable. This wouldn't be the face of my employee. Very rude. Whatever happened to the customer always being right. Theyshould've honored the agreement. Of the 3 employees Noah would be gone as well as the girl on the cash. Rude to a fault. Thephone number online doesn't have a mailbox setup to respond to inquiries. I'm glad that I can have a voice here. They didn'tdeserve a star. NOAH. Absolutely disgusting food prep area. I do not know how the city has not shut them down yet for health concerns. Plus the staff,... right in front of your face, is complaining as to why people are still coming right before closing. It was 8:20 p.m...... last Ichecked you closed at 9:00 p.m. Read more
