The staff are friendly and precise with their sandwich making skills but they are quite slow and I have never ever seen any of... them wash their hands before making food unless I have asked. They frequently cash someone off with their gloves on then justput on a new pair. I managed two Subway locations in Ottawa and this is totally unacceptable. And on top of that we are stilldealing with a pandemic. Wash you hands guys! Customers should not have to ask you to do this. It is part of your job. Read more
The lady with the black hair who is there at closing is just phenomenal. She makes a sturdy sandwich considering the amount of... ranch I ask for. I do wish there would be cucumbers. The last three times iv gone, there have been no cucumbers. But I do comewithin the last hour of operations due to my break timings of work near by, and that lady is always happy to make me asandwhich. Quick and efficient, but she dosent make me feel like she's rushing me. Read more
