The female employee working on Saturday May 7th at 12:50pm was very unpleasant. Attitude from the beginning and she swore under... her breath when I asked for an item that wasn?t fully stocked, which was turkey. She was overall very impatient and curt. Was on my way home from work, and usually this location is open 24hrs.. I guess they've changed their hours, which is fine.. But... I showed up at 10:26, and they are supposed to be open til 11pm tonight. As soon as I pulled into my parking spot, the lights gooff and the guy working comes out and locks the door. As someone who also works in the food industry, I can understand lockingthe doors MAYBE 5 minutes early if you have to catch a bus or something... But 35 minutes early?! Unacceptable. Near my home. Food is normal. Service is fine. Staff not that warm and friendly. Could be a better experience. Why is it... that service people here don't say thank you after you buy something? Very clean and well maintained shop that follows Covid protocols and has fresh tasty food. Sandwich was well prepared and store... seemed well stocked. Obviously as a chain store if you like the type of food in other locations you can expect the same level ofquality here Read more
When I walked in the experience was nice. Very kind and polite service. Then the worker who was making my sub abruptly changed... her attitude. She asked me what I wanted on my sub and started rushing me. She kept saying "anything else" over and over becauseI would wait for her to finish putting the appropriate amount of ingredients on my sub. At first I gave in and told her threeingredients, but then she kept forgetting or adding ingredients that I didn't ask for. The. Mid way through making my sub shesaid. "You can pay for your sub now" so I smiled and continued to ask her to add ingredients as I wasn't done making my sub. Iflooks could kill....she would have killed me. After the order was done and I was paying for my order her friendly colleague tookpayment. Then she acted completely different while serving the customer next to me and began flirting. I guess the prioritieswere not as I expected. I usually love this location, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Read more
