Terrible. I went here on my lunch break & ordered the steak & avocado wrap. Firstly the steak was not even a full scoop, coming... from someone who used to work at Subway I even found it to be very stingy when it comes to filling any sub/wrap. I had paid forthe wrap & then noticed there was no avocado which is partly why I got the wrap in the first place. After bringing this up tothe employees they kept talking amongst themselves about how nobody told anybody to put the avocado in. They kept trying to tellme that they charged me only for the steak yet there is no option for just steak as a wrap & I specifically read out ?SouthwestSteak & Avocado Wrap? when I had ordered. After them bickering amongst themselves I finally received the avocado. Personally,when it comes to Customer Service especially at a restaurant if there is a misunderstanding amongst the staff it should not bethe customer?s issue. Read more

One star is way too much for this stingy location. The owner is very sneaky and stingy. He doesn't want to put any topping but... seems like he wants to sell just the bread in the name of SUBWAY. A scoop of steak and chicken is actually less than a quarterscoop here. He gave signal to his staff to serve less toppings for me in his arabic language. I did not feel comfortable at thislocation and the owner and his staff seemed cunning and were not friendly at all. please stay away from this location. I betyou, you will ruin your day if you crave for SUBWAY at this location. Read more

Went to this subway multiple times and they hardly put any toppings on at all. Did not even fill the portion cup for the meat.... Another example I asked for olives and they hardly put any so I asked for a bit more. The guy grabbed 2 little pieces and put iton then yelled next. They were rude and lack basic customer service skills it seems. Read more

Not a good experience here. I will order tuna if it looks good when I go to Subway but the tuna at this location looked... disgusting! It looked very old and was swimming in a gross pool of mayonnaise! I decided to try the turkey and it was just asbad! The meat was on the verge of expiration. I probably won't try this location again. Read more

Very cheap on the ingredients, the veggies are sliced so thin you can see through them. Staff was fine and building was clean... but if you like your veggies try a different one. Read more

I am not one to leave complaints on Google but after coming to this location more then once and having the same experience I... will not be back. The staff here seem very lost with lack of training and they are very poor on how much toppings they use. Notworth the visit can get your money worth somewhere else in my opinion. Read more

I went to the subway at 5357 Fernbank Road. Placed my order to the lady, after the footlong was ready she said the systems are... not working. There were two more customers in the store. The lady agreed to serve and accept cash. So I paid cash. Then she waslike I can't take cash, can you place a mobile order. I placed a mobile order. The app deducted my money twice. And when I askedthe lady for my food. She said she can not serve anyone as the owner is telling her not to. It wasted 30 minutes there. Then sheserved one of the lady customer as she was shouting on her and took cash from her which was even less then the actual amount ofthe order. I mean what the fudge js going on. Then she in her anxiety told everyone to to leave the store. I felt bad for her aswell. But doesn?t mean she can kick the people out who has already paid for the food. Or at least to refund the money. Dosomething i mean. She just mentioned to come later next day. Is it like if you shout you get your food? I went there afterlong weekend. The person working there said he couldn?t help me. Neither he would call the manager or owner of the store. Sonow I have paid twice for the food and still did not get my subway. Visited the store twice and still nothing. So it was a lotof inconveniences. I had to pay three times for one foot long. Read more
