It?s an ok Starbucks. Because it?s a licensed Starbucks, you can?t order ahead or earn Star points. I once received a half full... cup, the rest being bubbles from being shaken. However, the majority of my visits have quality drinks and they always havefriendly service. Read more

You can?t make points there as it is not a « registered » Starbucks which is disappointing.

Staff are always cheerful and polite. They even drew some balloons on my birthday Frapp.

Horrible experience. There was an older woman with glasses that was completely disrespectful. They were not following the... starbucks culture of a third home that is suppose to be provided under the franchisee name. She said "this starbucks is owned byloblaws so we have our own rules." Not surprised that it's always empty with no customers. Definitely not going back and wouldnot recommend. Read more

Condescending, judgy & probably racist barista. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. I ordered a tall blonde coffee & the... barista said they were out. A nearby colleague corrected her that there was a fresh batch. Then she mistakenly charged me $6...When I asked why I was being over-charged, she said "You're in Starbucks, that's how we charge here". She clearly profiled me &assumed I'm someone that can't afford Starbucks or be a regular customer. When her colleague pointed out that SHE charged mewrong, she gave no apology nor did she drop the snarky attitude. Anyways, this place is shameful, will be emailing the headoffice. Read more
