This is by far the worst Starbucks in town. Here is my cup, I just got less than ten minutes ago. Half-full? Is this some kind... of a joke? I felt the cup was light the moment I left, but because they filled it up with cream I couldn?t see until I reachedmy destination. This is not the first time. Last time I ordered Venti Mocha with extra espresso shot, they gave me dilutedchocolate milk, no coffee at all, I called them and they said they will make it up to me next time (which they didn?t of course)This is my last time ordering from this location. Very rude behavior by staff. Asked for a large shaken vanilla espresso with no ice.. they give me a large half full.. then... proceed to ask me if I want the rest of the cup filled with milk... I said "no I'd like coffee " .. manager proceeded to say "Ican't get it filled with more coffee" so I said then " why not have charged me for a medium then if youre going to serve me amedium" ? I went to the store this past Thursday, o chose this location because their store hours (here on google) said 10pm on Thursday... and Friday's. I get their at 945, the lights are on and I can see two employees. As soon as I park I see a blonde girl hurrytowards the door to lock it, as I get to the door she pretends she can't see me standing behind a huge pane of glass. As annoyedas I am that they don't close as the specified time I'm even more annoyed that the two girls ignored me instead of simply comingup to me to tell the store was closed early for some reason. Usually I have great service at this location which is why I'mdoubly surprised at their rudeness. Read more
Very very disappointed in the $7 paradise drink made by this particular Starbucks store. Asked for very light ice, they filled... half of my venti cup with ice. Asked for non caramel salted cold foam, they put caramel in it. All other stores have driedpineapple for this drink, except for this one. Nothing is wrong with the store itself, the barista must have trouble readingstuff:/ Read more
The staff here are genuinely friendly here. I don?t feel like they?re just asking for a name to put on a cup. I always have a... positive experience no matter how busy they are. AND HANDS DOWN the cleanest dairy and sugar bar I have ever seen anywhere inthe world. Seems like the standards are just higher here than other Starbucks. Sometimes go off course to get to this locationbecause it?s just so friendly, chill and clean. Well done crew! Read more
I ordered a permanent white chocolate mocha with whip topping this morning and a short blonde barista gave me my drink and... handed me off a small straw for my venti drink which was impossible to use for the cup size since it drowned inside I asked herif they had the larger straw size she rolled her eyes at me and said no we?re out, I asked one of her collegues and thecolleague immediately got one for from the back. I turned to the barista with the large straw in my hand and she was shootingdaggers at me with her gaze. I asked to speak to her supervisor or manager she told me she is the supervisor on duty and starteda huge argument over the straw. Anyway I?m very disappointed with the customer service and will never be visiting this locationagain! I truly hope someone in charge is monitoring these comments and hire people who are friendly and kind rather than rudeand problematic for no reason. She was a true definition of a Karen! Read more
