Staff here very helpful, but very short staffed. Unfortunately when they are short staffed they only open drive through, and I... cant order. Very annoying to walk 20 minutes only to be told I cant even have a coffee. Happened three times now, I will juststop going at all if it continues. I understand that a lot of their business is drive through, but people in their cars can justget out if they need to. Read more
One person seems to be making all the drinks. One person seems to be wandering around aimlessly. One person is working drive... thru. Another person without uniform was behind the counter also. I placed a mobile order five minutes prior to arrival andstill had to wait ten minutes in the store. When I commented that they only seems to be one person actually working, theresponse was if that was the case we would have closed the shop again. I would recommend letting the person with the blue hairgo. I never actually see them doing anything useful besides walking back and forth touching things to look busy. Read more
Recently renovated, however I got a coffee that had a 1/4 cup of coffee grounds in it. Called the manager Phil and he gave us 2... free coffee?s. I?ll give him 2 extra stars for that as it was just 1 before. ? In the drive through I had to repeat my orderseveral times, then discover they ran out of Splenda. So the girl says they have stevia and I say ok that?s fine. Two coffee forme and my Mom, cream in both which I repeated several times and she forgets the cream and serves me black coffee. They aren?teven busy but I noticed the girls were all chatting gossip when I got to the window, then she distractingly handed me the 2coffees with no eye contact and no napkins. They rarely clean the bathroom in this location I have noticed. Good thing there aremany coffee shops around. I think the homeless guy that lives on the sidewalk outside should become the new store manager. Read more

This was my first time visiting this location. There is a homeless man who lives across the street from the store. He has been... there for 8 months. The store knows him. When I asked him if he wanted a coffee, he gave me his name and said the staff wouldknow his order. They did know his order and were genuinely happy to make it for him. I love this kind of community spirit! ?? Read more
This drive thru must be one of the worst, ALWAYS verify the beverage before you drive away. Hit or miss they will give you the... wrong drink/order. $5 for a hot chocolate you think they would check before handing out orders. Read more
