Sometimes it takes 20 minutes to just get a regular coffee when there are only two people in front of you. I get that you need... to make customers feel comfortable and everything. But having three staff talking to one customer while there?s a big lineup,help me understand how is that good customer service? I?d understand if this kind of scenario happens one time or twice. Baristas are human they make mistakes, it?s a nice clean location and majority of the time I find the service flawless. They are... willing to fix drinks kindly/replace, and always get me what I need or communicate when they can?t. I?ve watched them train ncorrect new staff in front of me so I trust that they?re training people correctly tbh seems like not a lotta good staff havebeen hired recently/kept though, most likely cause they suck. I used to love coming to this location as it?s right by my house and the staff is very friendly. However, I don?t think I will... be coming anymore as they always seem to be understaffed and the wait times are too long. I like coming in during my lunchbreak, but I don?t want to give up 30 minutes of my lunch break waiting for coffee. The staff is great and my drinks are alwaysmade correctly. But until they figure out their staffing issues I suggest going to another location. I feel bad just going inand seeing the baristas clearly overwhelmed without enough support. Read more
What is going on at the place? A lot of people moving things around but doing nothing. They can get me an iced latte at a... Starbucks drive through in 3 minutes. How did it take 25 minutes to order and get a coffee today? Do better. Much better. Read more
I go here because its right beside my house but if there was another location closer I would go there instead. Don't get me... wrong the staff are nice, but they have no sense of urgency or time management. It doesn't make sense to have 1 person handlingall the drinks and then 3 people in the back just standing around while there are 30 people waiting 20 minutes for their drinks.The math aint adding up. If you have the option, go somewhere else. The in-store service was extremely poor and slow. The majority of the staff were too... busy prioritizing mobile orders to offer any sort of passable customer service. I was treated coldly and dismissed quickly. WhenI asked for two paper straws, I was handed one and again quickly ignored, even when I repeatedly asked for a 2nd straw. I willnever go back. This place is outstanding and staff is very quick. I have ordered online through uber eats. I got my order very quick within 10... minutes. I ordered grilled cheese and chai tea. Both of them tastes great. I highly recommend this place. Read more
Nice staff. Very friendly. I'm whimpy, it was too cold to sit close to the windows, but great music!
