Sadly happened twice in a row within two days, the female server intentionally didn?t add ?any? hazelnut syrup to my Hazelnut... Latte. The first day it happened, my friend and I ended up ignoring it maybe they were too occupied (that?s my nature to givebenefit of doubt). The very next day again, no hazelnut syrup to a hazelnut latte. I requested the female server that there isno hazelnut syrup, she took the drink and again didn?t add it. Then I went back again, and requested the kind boy working thereat the cash register and explained the situation. The boy explained the situation to her, she made the hazelnut latte again withno syrup in it. This is Canada, diversity is our strong pillar. Intentionally differentiating between races is unacceptable -because all of it was intentional and kept repeating till the end (sad behaviour, needs reflection). I had no other option,ended up drinking what I was given, because I couldn?t get it proof tasted with a staff member. It?s shocking I have been comingto this Starbucks for one year and suddenly there is a behaviour change??the senior management should look into the customerservice. Read more
The staff are very nice. I just went there to charge my phone not only did they let me charge my phone offered water too. Very... professional and well behaved staff. Must visit if looking for good service. Read more

This is one of the best Starbucks stores in Ottawa if not Canada all together. The place is super clean, the staff are... professional, friendly, and nice people. Thank you for keeping the place like this. All other Starbucks stores should take youas an example. If you want to learn how to run a franchise, come to this place and get yourself a bite to eat and some nice hotcoffee. Read more
It?s a fantastic little shop with fast and friendly service for the most part. However, some staff are a Little standoffish when... it comes to interacting with their customers! One is not pressured to depart once finished their coffee etc. If you have aStarbucks card then your coffee refills are free and free is fantastic! In conclusion, I visit this location numerous timesevery weeks and would highly recommend it for others. Read more
Sometimes great things come in small packages! The same can be said for this Starbucks location. It?s layout provides plentiful... seating options, yet doesn?t distract from its relaxed and cozy feel. The large windows, provide for a wonderful opportunity toget lost in the hustle of Bank Street. This is a great Starbucks location that is open late for your convenience they have very fast service and they are located right... downtown. The building is very clean the staff is friendly they have the full regular menu those new sous vide egg bites areabsolutely delicious. A great place to get a warm drink on a very cold auto a day!
