Not bad, not the worse, but feels so sad inside. There is no Starbucks energy in this building. It feels like no Starbucks at... all. I'm not being dramatic but when you walk in, it must be the lack of light or something because boy o boy is it ever sad inthere. Read more
It's okay. I always get mixed results with Starbucks drinks. Sometimes it's perfect, sometimes it has too much or too little... of something. This time, I got a Frappuccino that tasted more like whip cream than chocolate, with a bit of coffee. The seatingis limited, but can be nice if you get a seat. Their bathroom is weirdly shaped (a bit not fun, but tolerable I guess). It'sdefinitely not good for those with wheelchairs, which surprises me, since most Starbucks are great for this. And I thought itwas mandatory to have an accessible bathroom. Am I wrong? Read more
This is, without a doubt, the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The only thing they have going for them is consistency -... their drinks are consistently bad. Every now and then I think to myself - their drinks still can?t possibly be that bad. It?sbeen months since my last encounter. So I try again. And again, I am let down. I don?t know if their syrups are of lesserquality than every other franchise, if the building is cursed or if the baristas are just stingy. But if you?re coming here fora tasty drink, you are much better off walking the ten minutes to the next Starbucks. Maybe I?ll try again in a few months whenthe scar from my last encounter has healed. Until then, I implore you baristas to not be afraid to put a generous amount of coldfoam or actually add the syrups people paid for to the drinks you?re making. Read more
Awesome and friendly service here. I ordered a grande pike with 4 cream and 4 Splenda and the guy served me a vente size coffee... cup. They have really nice seating options with great views and the coolest washrooms, accessible only with ?the code?. Read more
Ordered and paid for a Trenta sized drink, received either a short or tall Tried them again on a different day and ordered a... Trenta strawberry coconut refresher with blackberries and got just liquid with no strawberries or blackberries. Didn't eventaste like strawberries. Read more
I already found the customer service/care at this Starbucks exceptional because the baristas really take time to know their... customers. For example, not only do they know my name and drink order, they have made (awesome) recommendations based on whatthey know I like. Today, though, they really exceeded expectations. My father passed away last week, which I had mentioned whenI was in last, and when I went in today, this was the sweet message they wrote on my cup - biggest love and thanks to them! ??Highly recommend this Starbucks and for their bosses to hand out some bonuses!! The staff are friendly and attentive. The pub, lounge and restaurant was absolutely amazing. Very cosy, very charming. The beer... garden out back was very nice as well. We held an event at the hotel and the food, and venue was absolutely fantastic. Very welllaid out. I have absolutely no complaints about the main floor of the hotel. The rooms however could use a significant update.The carpets were stained, paint on the walls were pealing, the table in our room was broken and balancing on three legs, therewere stains on the sheets and the bathroom was very tired and warn. Bed was extremely comfortable! However, it looks like theroom used to have a queen bed and now has a king bed with a queen bed headboard, but the wall sconces are over the bed now. Ihit my head sitting up in bed which kind of annoyed me. I would definately visit the pub downstairs again and I would hold anevent there again but would not stay the night again. Read more
